iVend POS access on iVend Cloud
Environment:
iVend 6.6 Cloud with ERP
Problem statement:
Customer is using a Linux dedicated machine and wants to access iVend MC/POS ( all iVend applications) on a Web browser i.e. iVend Cloud from their Linux based machine. So they will not require to change the operating system from Linux to MS Windows. Is it possible to configure or achieve this one?
Symptoms:
NA
Workaround/Resolution:
With current iVend cloud provisioning , iVend MC can be accessed on cloud but not iVend POS. So customers will be required to install iVend POS on their dedicated machines so operating system MS Windows will be required.
