iVend Integration Monitor Is Not opening in SAP B1
Problem Reported
Integration monitor is not opening in SAP B1.
Below error might be reported while launching the integration monitor in SAP B1
To launch the integration monitor in SAP B1: Open SAP --> iVend integration -->> Ivend integration monitor
Error:
Error description : MethodName : SendPostRequest, WebException : Not Found
Cause: -
With the latest iVend addon ( after 11 Nov 2020) the API address syntax is changed, thus the error could be faced because of syntax error.
Resolution:
If the API was working fine before and the error comes after applying the new addon ( referring date above) then you need to configure the API address with below format in SAP retail setting and then check the results
https://<Servername Or IP>:8642/ivendapi/ivendapi.svc/webapi/
Path to update the API address in SAP:
SAP --> Administration --> system initialization --> iVend retail --> retail setting
