iVend 6.5.6 Patch Latest
It was reported that after applying the latest patch , issues were faced in receiving/sending stock transfers from two stores.
One of the possible cause of surfacing the issue was that the patch files might not have been applied correctly
1) Took the Backup of the previous patch into the system properly.
2) Check that there should not be any file missing while installing the new patch into the system.
3) If the issue still persists then reinstall the store server.
Below messages were coming while receiving Stock transfers:
Request Number Already Exist
Reference Number Already Exist
In that particular scenario, considering the possibility of mismatch /missing of key files might be causing the issue, the concerned store was re-installed and after that the issue was reportedly fixed
