Item Label not able to print and save from Store Admin Role

Problem statement

Item Label not able to print and save from Store Admin Role.

Environment

Ivend 6.6  
 

Symptoms

Item Label not able to print and save from Store Admin Role even after access right was set “Label Printing = Yes” under Designer/Label in User Security Rights.

Reason/Cause

Item Label report printing file access was not set as “Yes” for Store Admin User Role. Label report printing file access also be needed for print and save Item Label.


Resolution/Work Around

Need to provide access of Label Printing file to each label report file separately as per below steps:

Administration > Authorization > Security Role > Select Security Role > Press F4 for Edit.

> Click on Assign security > Under Reports Section set access as “Yes” to Label Printing file.
