ISSUE WITH IVEND ADDON - HANA CLOUD

Environment : 

iVend 6.6 Patch 7915

Problem Description : 

ISSUE WITH iVend ADDON - HANA CLOUD

Scenario :

In the process of migrating iVend version 6.6 patch 7915 after installing the iVend add-on that comes in the patch 7915 folder but it is giving an error in SAP. The CXSINTEGRATION database was already created and user fields were created but still an error when starting the add-on.

Solution:

1) We have checked the user profile at the system %Users%  \AppData\Local\ .. and found that Citixsys Folder was not created.

 

2) We asked to run SAP with run as administrator then Citixsys folder was created and Add-on was connected.

Symptoms :

​N/A.

Resolution/Work Around: 

We have checked and found that Citixsys Folder has not been created on the machine and inform client to run as administrator when starting SAP. again when client login into SAP the addon it was connected.
