Is it possible to check the serial number of coupons in iVend without issuing them at POS?

Solution:

To understand this better one must know below points:

There are two type of Coupon available in iVend:

1- User defined

2- Auto Generated

User Defined

> In case of User defined coupon the serial number is defined by the user during the time of issuance of coupon at POS.

Auto Generated

>In the case of Auto Generated coupons the serial numbers are defined by the system during the time of issuance of coupon at POS. The serial number in this case can be found in the receipt of the transaction.

To check the issued serial number of the respective coupons (Both) from Management console you can follow below steps:

Go to MC > Reports > Coupon Issue > Fill details of coupon > click ok

Note: In iVend there is no such functionality available to check the available serial numbers of coupons before issuing them at POS.
