Is it possible to change the In-Transit Warehouse that is assigned to the Store Warehouse

Environment:

iVend 6.5 Update 6 and 6.6 with SAP B1 9.2

Problem statement:

Is it possible to change the In-Transit Warehouse that is assigned to the Store Warehouse

Symptoms:

Is it possible to change the In-Transit Warehouse that is assigned to the Store Warehouse

Resolution/Work Around:

The In-transit Warehouse cannot be changed once it is attached to the Store Warehouse. The reason behind this is that the In-transit Warehouse might have been used in transactions and changing it may lead to data inconsistency.

Recommendations/Suggestion:

It is always recommended that when InTransit warehouse is created and mapped , it should be done as per customer requirement and it is one time activity.
