Problem Statement

Is this possible to change price at Good return with Import file Option?
 
 

Symptoms: 

Need Price Change at Good return with Import file Option

Resolution :

It is  not possible to change price at Good return with Import file Option.

its working as per below  expectation. Now, in case of Goods return there are two ways to do it as follows:

Case 1: While you is creating the Good Return based on the GRPO, Import button is not required as it automatically add the product with its price selected at the time of creating PO.

Case 2: In second case you can use the import file option when creating a direct Goods Return. Import templates should have only the fields "Product ID and QTY" needs to be imported. As a result, the price will be picked by the system from the price list.
