Inventory of products is not updating in iVend when a miscellaneous Receipt is created in Sage X3.

Environment:

iVend Version 6.6

Problem Statement:

Inventory of products is not updating in iVend when a miscellaneous Receipt is created in Sage X3 for a product.

Symptoms:

Tender mapping is not present or incorrect for the concern store.

Resolution/Work Around:

Create/correct the Tender mapping in configuration manager of iVend for Sage X3 as shown below:
