Inventory Items are locked in In -transit Warehouse in View Inventory

Problem Statement:

Inventory Items are locked in In -transit Warehouse in View Inventory


Proposed Solution:

Users are getting inventory items locked for in-transit warehouse in view inventory. Need to check in SAP B1 whether those items are locked for in-transit warehouse If locked to need to uncheck the checkbox for in transit warehouse and update the same. Now we can check in iVend for those items which are unlocked and locked earlier.

Steps Need To Perform:


  1. Login with iVend Application and go to the home page.

  2. Navigate to the product screen and search the product, which is locked for in the transit warehouse.

  3. Open the product and click on view inventory.

  4. Verify the product, which is locked in the transit warehouse.

  5. Login with SAP B1 and go to the item master screen.

  6. Search the item and go to the inventory data tab.

  7. Verify whether the item is locked in the transit warehouse.

  8. If it is locked then unlock and update the same.

  9. Again come back to iVend and go to the product screen and search the item.

  10. Open the item and click on view inventory.

  11. Verify items are not locked in the transit warehouse.
