Inventory Counting is not updating the item information

Environment:

iVend 6.5.6

Problem statement:

While trying to do an inventory count for the store, the count is taking place and showing that it is reconciling, however, the reconciliation report is reflecting the changes it isn't updating the stock.

Symptom: 

One of the possible cause is that one / more item involved in the stock count is/ are marked as locked for the concerned warehouse, for which stock take was performed. Refer to below image:

Resolution:

If the item is found to be locked then uncheck the Locked checkbox against the warehouse for the concerned item and Re-perform inventory counting and this should solve issue.
