Environment 

iVend 6.5 Update 6 and 6.6 with SAP B1 9.2


Problem Statement 

Created Stock Transfer from SAPB1 General warehouse to iVend Retail Store ( which is not initialized or inactive) and user want to cancel it so that inventory can be revert back from Intransit warehouse to SAPB1 General warehouse


Symptoms 

Created Stock Transfer from SAPB1 General warehouse to iVend Retail Store ( which is not initialized or active) and user want to cancel it so that inventory can be revert back from Intransit warehouse to SAPB1 General warehouse


Resolution/Work Around

In such a case , "Stock Transfer Shipment will not be canceled from SAPB1 and it will remain same in CANCELATION Request."Suggest not to create stock transfer for those stores which are not initialized or inactive
