Integration failures : Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'SourceKey', table
Environment
iVend 6.5.6 and 6.6 with SAP B1 9.2
Problem Statement
While updating the Item in SAP, you were getting the error
"Internal Error occurred 3621".
We checked the Integration Monitor and the Event Viewer and found the Error message as "
Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'SourceKey', table 'CXSINTEGRATION.dbo.RepIntegrationLog'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. The statement has been terminated" at both the places".
Resolution/Work Around
It seems that iVend Integration service was unable to generate the events from SAPB1 so executed the "PreIntegration '' stored procedure in SAP db after which the issue got Resolved and the Replication also moved fine.
Recommendations /Suggestion
Suggested to take assistance from the support team on such issues.
