Environment:
iVend Version 6.6 8024 with SAPB1
Problem Statement:
Below error appears in the integration for customer records.“System.Exception DI [OCPR.Name][line 1] , 'This entry already exists in the following tables (ODBC 2035)”
When we update the customer from iVend. It's showing an error in the integration monitor.
“System.Exception DI [OCPR.Name][line 1] , 'This entry already exists in the following tables (ODBC 2035)”
Need to check and remove duplicate contact persons in customers ( See records from Case sensitive perspective).
Recommendations /Suggestion:
iVend is not case-sensitive while the contact person is saved and it may save one contact person with the same name in a different combination of lower- and upper-case letters in Customer Master, however, SAP is case-sensitive and does not allow. So, make sure duplicate values should not exist in the contact person of the customer either it is in lower case or upper case.
