Problem Statement 

Integration Records are stuck in Integration Failure Monitor with the error message


"invalid BP Code"


and 


"This entry already exists in the following tables"


Resolution/Work Around

 If this error is reported in the older versions of iVend then it could be the possibility that the Shipping Address or Billing address is duplicate in the Customer screen of MC.


Path:-  MC--> Concerned Customer screen-->  Billing address or shipping address or contacts


So the duplicate address needs to be deleted or renamed and the integration will clear.
