(INC0011125) Sale Transaction stuck on Integration Failure Monitor with error message System.Exception: Credit Card - not set neither for the warehouse '301' nor on the Retail Tender in SBO at ReplicationSBOIntegrationWinSer.IntegrationObjects.Base.IntegrationBase.GetCreditCard
This issue can be resolved by applying the latest build (Stored Procedure Integration_TransactionPayment), extracting them and applying the zip files through Application Patches.
Below are the steps which we require to follow for the analysis issue.
1.Require to check Account Type on Table TrxTransactionPayment.
2.Run stored procedure Integration_TransactionPayment for problematic Transaction it will return Account Type Null that means 11 accountype is not handle on stored procedure Integration_TransactionPayment.
