Problem Statement
Incident ID - INC0012326 - Warehouse events stuck on Integration Failure Monitor from SAP to iVend with error message System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Error converting nvarchar data type to numeric
Proposed Solution
This issue generally comes when there is any UDF created in the warehouse and users are not entering the correct value at the time of creation of the warehouse.
Steps if any :
We are required to follow the steps below.
1.Check user defined field datatype in iVend and SAP.
2.Enter the correct value on UDF at warehouse
Example:- If the datatype of user data field is currency then we require to put quantity in decimal instead of blank.
3.Retry the transaction it will integrate successfully.
