Integration doesn't work between iVend and SAP B1.
Environment:
iVend 6.6 update 0 with Patch 7989, SAP B1 9.3
Problem Statement:
Integration doesn’t work between iVend and SAP B1.
Issue Details:
Customer restored the older backup of SAP DB on Production system due to which integration got stopped
Symptoms:
Customer restored the older backup of SAP DB on Production system due to which integration got stopped
Work Around / Resolution:
It is not recommended to restore SAP B1, CXS integration, iVend HO, Stores databases on production running systems.
If any database got crashed then you need to consult with the iVend support team before restoring any database.
We proposed two options:
A] Re-install iVend with new blank iVend database
Re-install iVend with new blank iVend database, then re-initialize master data from SAP to iVend, the rest need to configure iVend enterprise and reinstall for all stores (like a new project)
B] To correct the inconsistent data
1. Retrigger of data from iVend
2. Master data correction in SAP
3. Inventory Matching
