Initilization Failure "A Network-related or instance specific"

iVend 6.5 Update 6
Problem statement:
We have problems at the time of login Management Console. After initializing the store, when tried to login in Store MC system gives the below message.
Initialization Failure “A Network-related or instance specific”
Proposed Solution/Workaround:
Suggested to follow below Points.
1. In the iVend connection manager-> ReCheck if the correct credentials are entered
2. Run SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) on SQL Server machine
Server Properties -> Security -> SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode ( should be Enabled)
3. On SQL Server -> Go to Server Properties - > Connections -> Allow Remote Connections .." should be checked
4. Go to the Task Manager in Windows -> Services -> Restart the "SQL SERVER " service
