SAP iVend Add-on giving an error - "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Issue:
When activating the iVend Add-on in SAP then getting an error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.", below is the screenshot for the same:
Resolution:
SAP 9.2 Bit 32 was not installed on the server, however, DI API 64 Bit was installed.
So DIAPI 32 bit was also installed on the server to fix the issue.
