How to use IsMandatory option in bonus buy setup for automatically issue the coupon

Environment:

iVend 6.6 

Query:

Customer want to use IsMandatory option in bonus buy setup for automatically issue the coupon through bonus buy.


Eg: 
--Customer configured the Bonus buy for if a customer purchases an amount of 500 then One coupon of Rs 100 will be issued.
--Customer marked the checkbox IsMandatory for Get Product in the bonus buy setup.
--Customer informed us that they wanted to use the IsMandatory option for getting items in the bonus buy.
--So while setup the IsMandaory in bonus buy setup and doing the sale on POS, it is showing that promotion is applied but coupon is not issuing after complete the sale.

Resolution/Work Around: 

If customer want to use the coupon issue through promotion, then they can use "Show Prompt" option in Get item in bonus buy setup, and it will show you the prompt to issue the coupon at POS.





System does not have option to auto issue GC, Coupon and Loyalty from the Bonus buy configuration.
