Configure POS email receipts to customers who are not as regular customers

Problem statement :

Configure POS email receipts to customers who are not as regular customers

Symptoms:

Resolution / work around :

1.Follow the below path and open the communication setting and enter all the detail in SMTP detail option and check the test email.

Open MC  System initialization  Communication setting. 



2. Open the retail profile and enter all the detail in email receipt option.

3       Scheduler service should be configured.



4.Open the problematic customer from customer master and enter the email id.


5..Open the problematic print profile and select the print type “Show printer selection”

 

6. When we will complete transaction from POS. printer selection option will reflect.



7. If You want to print from POS, than you can select the printer and click ok button.

8. If you do not want to print from POS , you can click on cancel button.




 

Note :  

Email will be  sent to all customers where email is configured in the customer master.
