How to Refund Gift Card Amount.
Environment
iVend Retail 6.6 7989 & SAP B1 9.3 PL 14
Symptoms
Customer wants to refund Gif Card.
Resolution/Work Around
Solutions steps are below.
1: Check Gift Card Setting in iVend Management Console it should mark “Cash Back”
#: Login in iVend Management Console.
Go to: Operation Tab >> Gift Certificate >> Gift Certificate >> Select Gift Card and open in Edit Mode.
Make sure Gift Certificate is mark “Cash Back”. Check Below.
2: Login in Point of sale.
#: Click on iVend Retail Icon (User Menu) >> Click on Gift Certificate.
#: Search customer by customer code or search gift card serial number.
#: Click on “Cash Back” button and click on OK (Twice a time). Then complete payment. Check below screenshot In sequence.
