How to print or generate the Z-Tape report in iVend.
Proposed Solution:
Kindly follow below steps to generate Z-Tape report:
1. Check the Print profile setting in MC :
2. Click on iVend Logo on POS Screen:
3. Then Click on Manage Till
4. Click on Remove till and then Close the Till
5. Once you click on the Close till, then Z-tape will be
automatically generated and receipt will come on Simulated printer.
In your environment where receipt printer is connected, the report is directly printed on receipt.
6 Z Tape / Reading is based on the current Till on iVend POS , not for previously used Closed Till.
