Problem Statement:

1. How do we print from handheld devices?

2. What does the printable option do in configuration?

Proposed solution:

1. We can print from handheld devices by defining  a new document print profile for each document and setting the printer along with it. To define document print profile follow the below path, Go to Administration>Print Profile>Document Print Profile

2. In printable option there are there option

1. Yes

2. No

3. Prompt

• When we select the yes option, the receipt will automatically print.

• When we select the no option receipt will not print automatically.

• When we will select the prompt option, you will get one pop-up screen form where you can select or deselect the print option.
