How to lock the location for transaction for specific item

Environment:

Problem statement:

Customer want to see only specific items at specific POS/Store Or How to lock the location for transaction for specific item.

Proposed solution:

We can lock the item for particular warehouse. Then user cannot see that specific item at POS and also not able to sale that item on POS.

Steps to lock the Item/Location:

Select the Product >> Inventory view >> Select the warehouse on which you want to lock the item for sale and then  Enable the lock checkbox.

 

The selection of this (Locked) box in inventory view will lock the location for transaction.
