How to get the mPOS database backup and Where does the mPOS database upload

Environment:

iVend 6.6

Query:

How to get the mPOS database backup and Where does the mPOS database upload to? So it can be retrieved and forwarded to CitiXsys for further investigation.

Response:

Click on the "Upload Database" option to get the mPOS database, below is the screenshot for the same:

Then the database will be uploaded to our (CitiXsys) cloud system (The customer just has to click on the option "Upload database" as mentioned above)

Then he will get a message which will indicate that the database is uploaded.

So once he gets that message, please update us (CitiXsys), we will retrieve the same at our end.
