How to disable and enable the Convert to Sale button on the POS window

This article will demonstrate one of the settings of “Support multiple transaction type Mode” In Enterprise. Which will show How to disable and enable the convert to sale button on the POS window.

Case study: - 

The below example is a case study where the quotation was created and the cashier was unable to convert the quotation to sale. On the POS window “Convert to sale” button was disabled.

Cause:-

In Enterprise setting “Support multiple transaction type Mode” was unchecked as per the below Screen.

Impact: - 

If the setting of “Support multiple transaction type Mode” has unchecked in Enterprises configuration. The convert to sale button will appear as disabled as per the below Screen.

Solution :

Setting “Support multiple transaction type Mode” was marked as selected as per the below Screen.

Impact: -

Once the setting  “Support multiple transaction type Mode” was checked, the convert to sale button got enabled.
