How to configure to have a Machine with MC and License Server connected to SQL managed Instance DB

Query

The Enterprise database backup is hosted on Azure.  (SQL managed instance ) and Application Enterprise server is on premises.
So How to configure the environment to have a (on premise) Machine with Management Console and License Server connected to SQL managed Instances?
It means, How the customer can achieve the below landscape working:


Solution

If the customer wishes to use the system as per the shared landscape, then he needs to tweak the configuration of the Management console file.
In that case, he needs to add a new setting in the XML file (CXSManagementConsole.xml) in the management console folder:
(Default path: C:\Program Files (x86) \CitiXsys\iVend Retail\ManagementConsole).

Below node is to be added:
<IsHostedInIvendCloud>true</IsHostedInIvendCloud>
