How to change date time format in transaction receipt
Steps to be followed:
Below steps need to be followed to change DateTime Format.
1. Open the Management Console >> Administration >> Retail configuration >> POS
2. Verify the Print Profile linked to the POS where receipt is getting printed
3. Edit the print profile
4. Select the Transaction receipt from the screen.
5. Select and edit the receipt.
6. Click on design button.
7. Find transaction date column and change the year format from YY to YYYY.
Once changes are saved ;the receipt can be used to print the results with changes done above.
