How to add additional column/grid in customers, products etc search window.
This Article Provides the information for adding an additional column in the Customer, Products, etc in search window.
Resolution / Steps:
If you Want to add customer’s Nick Name in the Grid/customer search, please follow below steps:
1-Go to application setup >search grid column definition >Customer search.
2-Then in the available columns section, click the checkbox (show in grid) as shown below and click ok.
3-A column Nick Name will appear in the customer search grid as shown below and from here you can search a customer from his nickname as shown below:
Note: These steps can also be followed for adding different grids in customers, products, etc.
