How can we remove the Gift Certificate recharge option from the POS screen?

Solution: 

There is no setting for Gift Certificate Recharge. By default, the recharge option is available to all users and comes down to a simple business policy. Hence as per system design, it is not possible to disable the recharge button for any user.
