Handheld licenses count exceeded

Product Version: 

iVend 6.5 update 6 and 6.6 with SAPB1

Problem statement: 

Replace old handheld with new handheld and While adding new handheld System generates below error message:

 

Error: 

Handheld licenses count exceeded

 

Proposed solution/workaround - 

Follow the steps to return the old Handheld then activate the new handheld


Steps:

Steps to return old Handheld

1) Open the Ivend HO MC ->

2) Retail Configuration -> store -> select the store 

3) At the bottom click on Registered handheld 

4) Select the handheld which you want to delete, press the delete button.

5) And then Add the New Handheld
