Goods receipt not integrating to Sage X3 when initiated from iVend

Environment:

iVend 6.6 Patch 7747


Problem Description:

Goods Receipt transaction not integrating to Sage X3.Subsequent transactions like Goods return, Goods Issue etc are stuck in the integration monitor.


Scenario:

When creating the Good Receipts for more than 200 items and its subsequent transactions like Goods return, Goods issue etc are stuck in the integration monitor.


Cause:

For Good Receipt having items 200 or more it is not integrated with Sage X3 simultaneously due to product master inactivation in SageX3.


Solution:

1) Check that for Good receipt having 100 - 50 items is it integrated from iVend to Sage X3 or not. 

 

2) Check the item master data in SageX3 and ensure that all new items created in Sagex3 should be activated and moved in iVend; which are used in current transactions, good receipts, good return as well as good issue.


3) Also verify that when items created in SageX3 it has been simultaneously updated in iVend or not if not then activate it.


Resolution/Work Around:

We have informed client to check the items which are used in the transactions that whether these items are activated or not and asked from client to check the integration by creating a dummy Good Receipt in iVend system with more than 100 items additionally need to check that the items created in SageX3 will integrate into iVend simultaneously or not.
