Gift Voucher Serial Number need to mark as Lost

Environment:

iVend 6.6

Product Query:

The customer lost a gift voucher (GV) worth Rs.2000/- and requested that it be stopped from being redeemed by another customer.

We need to hold the specific gift voucher serial number as of now. When the customer indicates, we will release the GV.

Response:

There is no such feature in iVend Retail 6.6 to mark the specific Gift Certificate serial number as "lost" or “hold”.
