Gift Certificate Missed on Store from Offline POS

Environment :

iVend 6.5.6 2020_50

Problem Statement :

Customer has informed earlier that gift certificate was missing on store while it is in Offline POS.

Resolution/Work Around :

We have checked and verified and gift certificate 'gift certificate key 8002000000001021' with Serial Number '8002000000001518' was missed on store and in Offline POS it was fetching on table pmtgiftcertificate. We have checked this gift certificate was issued for store '08'. You have confirmed that only this gift certificate needs to be in store so we have suggested to create or import gift certificate in store '08'.
You have asked to import this gift certificate using import data functionality in store so we successfully imported this gift certificate with the help of template.

Recommendations /Suggestion :

We suggest that if you have bulk data for gift certificates we can use import functionality and for less gift certificates we can directly create from Administration > Gift Certificates > Gift Certificate screen
