Getting Error while filling End user license agreement.

Environment:

iVend 6.6

Problem Statement:

Getting the error “Company name cannot be blank” While filling the EULA, even after entering the company name.

  

Cause: 

EULA (End user license agreement)  Must be accepted within 15 days . The message is a validation of the incomplete information entered.

Proposed Solution:

1- The iVend Administrator must log into the Management Console at the Enterprise and need to fill in all required information and then Press "I Accept" to complete the EULA. After doing this, the message will go away for any other user that logs into the Management Console.

Note: The default System Administrator with User ID 1 has to be used.
2-If the issue persists even after doing step 1 then customers need to create a Ticket in the support portal.
