System.Exception Credit Card CUSTOM not set neither for the warehouse "Store 15' nor on the retail Tender in SBO
Environment:
iVend Version 6.6 7991 with SAPB1.
Problem Statement -
Getting an Integration error "System.Exception Credit Card CUSTOM not set neither for the warehouse "Store 15' nor on the retail Tender in SBO"
Proposed Solution:
In integration failure monitor some records are stuck and showing error ‘Credit Card - CUSTOM not set neither for the warehouse<> nor on the Retail Tender in SBO’. When we check and verify in SAP B1 with retail tenders credit cards are not mapped. We need to map those credit cards and update in SAP B1. Now we are try the records and found records got integrated in SAP B1 from Ivend.
1. Login with iVend application and navigate to Integration Monitor screen.
2. Verify the records which are stuck in integration monitor from iVend to SAP B1.
3. Records are stuck with error ‘Credit Card - CUSTOM not set neither for the warehouse <> e.g.
4. Go to SAP B1 and Login with manager.
5. Navigate to warehouse screen and search particular warehouse and store.
6. Map custom credit card with retail tender and update the same.
7. Now go to iVend application and navigate to integration monitor.
8. Select all records with error ‘Credit Card - CUSTOM not set neither for the warehouse <>
9. Click on Re try button and refresh the screen.
10. Now you can check and verify all the records will be integrated with SAP B1 from iVend.
Suggestion:
If the error persists after completing the preceding steps, please check the Payment type in the backend. We saw IsDeleted "1" in the table (select * from PmtPaymentType) in CS0010502 Ticket, so we suggested activating the payment type. However, customer request to ignore this error.
