Fiscal Receipt not Printing at Till for Item with Serial Number
Proposed Solution :
User has informed the issue that fiscal receipt printing is not happening for item with serial number. This was the product issue and fix by the product team. Once we have deployed the latest file CXS.Hardware.FiscalPrinter.dll in POS folder this will be working fine.
Steps Need To Perform :
Login with the Point Of Sale.
Go to Transaction Search and search the transaction.
Select the product with serial number which was sold earlier.
Click on Print Transaction for the transaction for serial number item.
We have verified that showing unexpected error ‘A882CAE5869A’.
Now we apply new dll for CXS.Hardware.FiscalPrinter.dll in Point Of Sale folder.
Login Point Of Sale and again and search the same transaction.
Select the product with serial number and click on print transaction.
Now this time transaction receipt will be printed successfully.
