Failed record in Integration Monitor error "System.Exception: House bank branch not set"
Issue:
A record is failed in Integration Monitor, the message is "System.Exception: House bank branch not set".
Resolution:
It seems that the customer has not defined the House Bank branch in SAP under the warehouse>>Retail Tab . To enable the setting please start the add-on before opening the Warehouse window.
Also please check if there is a mapping exist of Branch on House of bank. This can be found under SAP>>Admin>>Setup>>Banking>>House Of Bank>>Branch
If not mapped please defined the same and after updating the detail please reselect the bank on warehouse window >>Retail tab
