In integration monitor getting an error , message is
"System.Exception: House bank branch not set".
Please check whether the customer has defined the House Bank branch in SAP under the warehouse >> Retail Tab or not
If not then we need to enable that setting. To enable the setting please start the add-on before opening the Warehouse window.
Also please check if there is a mapping exist of Branch on House of bank. This can be found under SAP>>Admin>>Setup>>Banking>>House Of Bank>>Branch
If above suggested changes are already done then please do the below steps
We suggest you please check the warehouse ID in the error message, then open the same warehouse in SAP B1.
If the House Bank is set then remove and then attach again (without copy paste) and update and follow below steps.
1: Stop Integration service.
2: Clear temp files.
3: Retry records from Integration failure.
4: Update and Start Integration service.
5: Refresh the records from Integration Monitor.
