Error while login to Management Console.

Problem Statement:
Getting the below error “String or binary data would be truncated “while opening Management console, as shown below:
Cause:
One of the known reasons for such an exception is that the application and database versions are not in sync.
Instances have been seen where databases of different versions is used while restoring the iVend i.e. DB of iVend 6.5.6 is used in iVend 6.6 (Version Mismatch) and this has cause the issue
Resolution:
As a first check, one need to confirm that Database and application were are in sync .Use the Database of the same version to avoid such issue. e.g. if iVend version is 6.6 then Database must be of iVend 6.6.
