Problem statement:

Getting the error on POS " Error Payment Processor: Unable to connect to the remote server. Please swipe the card again or try again "

Symptoms: 

While using the cards on POS screen, it displayed the error message : " Error Payment Processor: Unable to connect to the remote server. Please swipe the card again or try again "

Resolution/Work Around: 

Follow the below steps :
- Delete the temp files
- Restart NetEpay on the server and this will fix such type of issues
