Error in sale transaction while payment from Card Reader fails to respond to iVend. (Error Payment Processor: TRANSACTION NOT COMPLETE – Failed on Com Port [9] Access..)

Proposed solution/workaround

Steps  - Key point to check .

1 Check the Cable is properly connected Card-reader and System(POS Machine).

2 Check the Allocated Port number from Device Manager must be the same as defined as Management Console.

3 Make sure to restart the POS machine if the issue related connection of software.
