Problem statement

 Shows Error “One or more items could not be refunded” while performing the Sale return Transaction.

Resolution/Work Around

  

  1. Make Sure “Refund for Promotion Items” should be checked in retail profile.

 

          2.Do not select the Promotion while selecting the item for refund, if promotion is selected then it will started               to show the error.
