Error in Integration Monitor (SAP to iVend) for event type "Customer"

In this Knowledge article we will discuss the solution of one Integration issue which usually observed in initial release of iVend 6.6 version implementation. 

Product Version: 

iVend 6.6 

Issue: 

Error in Integration Monitor (SAP to iVend) in version 6.6 for event type "Customer"

Integration Error: 

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Incorrect syntax near 

'4ce29636-2569-4946-b3b4-e2e925c01389'.

at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean 

breakConnection, Action`1 wrapCloseInAction)

at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean 

breakConnection, Action`1 wrapCloseInAction) 

Resolution:  

1) Deploy the latest Integration EXE from internal server CitiServer9 location to customer's Integration server

The default location is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\Integration"). 

2) Restart and update the Integration service. 

3) Retry the failed record in Integration failure monitor to sync the record. This exercise should resolve the issue. 

Note: Make sure to take a backup of the existing file before replacing the new file.
