Error at POS: “Attempted to divide by zero”

Environment:

iVend 6.6 with ERP

Problem statement:

Error at POS: “Attempted to divide by zero”, while edit special order to mark one item as zero(partially cancelling the special order).


Scenario : 

User changed the item price while creating the Special order. Further user wants to partially cancel the order by removing that item from the Special Order(mark that item as zero quantity)


Steps to replicate the issue:

Pre-requisite: Enable the option "Cost Protection Override" on MC -> Retail Configuration → Retail Profile → “Manager Override Required” (menu)

1. Select Customer

2. Transaction Type: Special Order

3. Scan Item/select from item Selection

4. Change Price

5. Complete the transaction by taking advance payment or without payment

6. Now search the transaction and click on 'Special Order Edit'

7. On 'Cancel Special Order' pop-up click on no

8. Change the quantity to '0' (Zero)


Resolution/Work Around:

In the above scenario, "Cost Protection Override" on MC -> Retail Configuration → Retail Profile under “Manager Override Required” is checked. It should be unchecked.

Cost Protection Override works with the iVend Unplugged version, and if the  costing method is defined on Product Definition (MC>>Operation>>Inventory>> Products).
