Error After Applying Patch

Problem Statement

Customer is trying to apply PATCH 7648, in the HO server, all patches deployed successfully. When replicating to a store and MC starts, the system showing an error message 'Patch1 Database 2020 7648 Failed'.

iVend Version 6.6 7648 with SAPB1

Resolution/Work Around

We have checked that you have applied new patch iVend 6.6 (7648) for HO and Store 1 from HO MC application and later manually applied. In HO iVend application everything is fine and able to login while in Store 1 you are not able to login and showing database error message 'Patch 1 Database 2020 7648 failed'.

We have again applied the management console folder patch on HO and store 1 machines manually and later through iVend application. Still we were getting error message on store 1 when opening iVend application. We have made database updated patch row mark as deleted with the help of sql statement for cfgpatch table and then you are able to login with store 1 mc.
