Enterprise Management Console is not working

Problem Statement

Customer is getting an error while opening the Enterprise Management Console.

Version

6.5 Update 6, Not the version-specific

As a part of troubleshooting below has been done:


1. Give administrator permissions to the CITIXSYS folder

2. delete temporary files

3. There are 2 servers where the console is installed, in one of them they can open the program. So just copied the ManagementConsole folder and put it on the server where it cannot be opened

4. We reviewed the windows event viewer Logs and below are the excerpts:

Resolution

Firstly tried with the re-installation of iVend however it did not resolve the issue then finally issue got fixed after formatting the server and reinstalling the Windows on the server.

Means after reinstalling the Windows and then installing the iVend fixed the issue.
