Enable Price Check button on POS

Enable Price Check button on POS 

 

  •  In Management Console, go to the Design Panel.

  •  Click on New to create a new Design Panel. Fill out basic details. Click on the bar as marked below, Customize button screen will pop up.

 

  •  Here Give details for the caption (this will be the button used for a price check ).

  •  Set Operation = Price Check and set other details.

 

  • Click on Apply changes. 

  • Click OK.

  • Once this is saved, it will appear in Design Panel Search.

  • Now go to Layouts.

  • Select the Layout that you are using at POS.

  • Edit that layout and in the Button grid info section, browse ( click on ...) one of the available button panel ( e.g. button panel 4 ).

  • Design Panel Search screen will appear, select the design panel you just created.

  • Now Click on the POS Designer button at the bottom left of this Layout screen.

  • Your existing POS Screen layout will appear in designer mode and you will see a Customization button along with other standard buttons. Click on the Customization button.

  • A small Customization screen will pop up and in the hidden tab, you can see the new button panel that you created.

 

  • Just drag and drop that button on the POS layout where you want to place it.

 

-- Click on OK to save the changes.

-- Re-launch POS and you should be able to see the new customized button on your screen.

 

 

--Click on Price check button and enter the product code and press enter. You will see a prompt on screen as given in the screenshot given below.
